COCKTAILS RECIPES

NEGRONI

• 1 Ounce Bates Gin
• 1 Ounce Sweet Vermouth
• 1 Ounce Campari
• Garnish: Orange slice or Twist of Lemon

Fill a low ball glass with ice.  Add Bates Gin, sweet vermouth and Campari.  Stir for one minute until the drink is well chilled.  Add garnish and enjoy.

SOBE

•  1 1/2 Ounces Bates Gin
• 1/2 Ounce Chambord
• 1/2 Ounce Lime Juice (fresh)
• 4​ Ounces Ginger Ale

Fill a tall glass with ice.  Add Bates Gin, Chambord and lime juice.  Stir briefly and top off with ginger ale.  Garnish with a slice of lime.

PALM BEACHER

• 1 1/2 Ounces Bates Gin
• 1 1/2 Ounces Sweet Vermouth
• 1 Ounce Orange Juice (Fresh)
• Garnish: Orange Peel

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.  Add Bates Gin, sweet vermouth and orange juice.  Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.  Garnish with an orange peel.

MORNING SUNRISE

• 2 Ounces Bates Gin
• 1/4 Ounce Grenadine
• Dash of Absinthe
• 1 Ounce Orange Juice (fresh)
• Garnish: Orange Slice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.  Add Bates Gin, Grenadine, Absinthe and orange juice.  Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.  Garnish with an orange slice.

SAO PAOLO SLING

• 1 1/2 Ounces Bates Gin
• 1 Ounce Bénédictine
• 1/2 Ounce Cherry Liqueur
• 1 Ounce Lime Juice
• 1/4 Ounce Simple Syrup

Fill a tall glass with ice.  Add Bates Gin and all other ingredients and stir well.  Garnish with a cherry and slice of lemon.

WALLACE WALLBANGER

• 1 1/2 Ounces Bates Gin
• 1/2 Ounce Galliano Liqueur
• 4 Ounces Orange Juice
• Orange Slice
• Maraschino Cherry

Fill a tall glass with ice.  Add Bates Gin and Galliano, then top off with fresh orange juice.  Stir, and garnish with an orange slice and Maraschino cherry.
